‘And the truth is… I’m still on my journey too

As a coach, I don’t believe you have to have “arrived” before you can help others. I believe in walking the journey with the people I support.

This past year has been one of the biggest learning curves of my life. Becoming a mum to Bertie, navigating business, rebuilding my confidence, and learning how to look after myself whilst looking after everyone else.

I’m most proud of ….

✨ Choosing myself again.
✨ Showing up when motivation wasn’t there.
✨ Learning that progress isn’t perfection.
✨ Creating healthy habits that fit around real life.

I’m still working on becoming the best version of me

Because coaches are human too.

A lot of people see the posts, the smiles, the business, the coaching, and the mum life.

What they don’t always see are the moments behind the scenes.

The sleepless nights
The overwhelm
The days where I put everyone else first
The times I’ve started something for myself and then let life get in the way

Over the last year, I’ve been on a journey of becoming the healthiest, happiest version of me while navigating motherhood, breastfeeding, running a business and rebuilding my confidence.

I’ve made progress, but I know I’ve still got more to give.
