Wow, can you believe we've been open for 9 years? Time flies when the spirits are high. In honour of this we're bringing back one of our signature drinks from the first ever menu, The Garden Gimlet; A simple combination of gin, lime, sugar and basil.

We started out as a small vision with an intention to bring top quality drinks to Lincoln and create a community where people could feel at home. We couldn't have done it without our team, our industry and every one of our loyal patrons and regulars. Thank you for all of your support and good craic.

Here it is! The second special of the week. We all know that Mini Eggs are the real reason for Easter, an unmatched flavour that stands out in a season of endless chocolate. We have recreated the recipe though in liquid form and boozy, giving you the excuse to sit and watch the kids eat their Mini Eggs whilst you sip yours. What more could you want?

It's the week to celebrate! Happy Easter to all of our loyal, new and returning customers. 31st December - 3:00pm until late.
1st January - Closed.
2nd January Onwards - Open as usual.

Drawn from the memories of the first cocktail the creator was ever made by her Grandmother, 'The Train To Phinius' combines the creaminess of Baileys, custard and vanilla with a pop of fizz and citrus from the Pineapple & Almond Soda!
