Deep in the mountainous and wooded farmlands of the Limavady countryside sits a little byre, alone and seemingly undisturbed for as long as any Limavady one can remember. But there is a local tale that works to ward prying eyes from the byre; a tale of wine and wine scouts so proud of their discoveries that they locked every bottle in the byre and hid the key so that it could never again be found.

One thing is known for sure: the most luxurious wine has a habit of appearing at the doors of certain local establishments, quite unexpectedly. No landlord yet has dared to prove how.
