Before you dine, settle in. 🥂

We’ve made some changes to the way an evening at the boat begins ... and we think you’re going to enjoy it.

From now on, guests will start in the lounge with a first drink and snacks before heading through to the restaurant. It’s a small change that makes a big difference, giving you a chance to relax and settle in before the main event.

The details are still coming, but the feeling is already exactly what we hoped for.

We’ve been quiet for a little while, and this is why. ✨

The restaurant has been completely reimagined and honestly, we couldn’t be happier with how it’s come together.

This is a space that finally feels like us - a proper reflection of where we’re taking the food and the whole experience.

It’s been a labour of love, and we can’t wait to have you in to see it for yourselves.
