The deed has been done. The process has taken longer than we had planned and I am deeply sorry that your favourite local has been closed for so long. However..... good news!!! Colin, Vicki and Kate have taken the reigns. Please check out and follow their new page Parrot & Punchbowl for updates and most important, when the pub will be opening.
Thank you again to all of the patrons, customers and visitors that have popped in over the last 8 years. I hope you all join me in wishing Colin, Vicki and Kate all the very best as they begin a new era at this fantastic pub.

It is Chris' last week at The Parrot 🥲

📌We are closed for a couple of days, but then back at it for a last run in the restaurant. Please book your tables online for Thursday, Friday and Saturday. It would be great to see so many of you.

Friday evening is Chris' Farewell drinks and prize draw from 8pm.

😍We will have lots of bargains on food and drink to run our stock down... All spirits are just £2.50, all wine is £20 a bottle, all desserts are £5.

📌Just a little heads up that Chris' last day operating The Parrot will be Sunday 11th January.

😀After eight and half years Chris has decided to move on to a job that allows him more time to enjoy life outside of work.

🎉Join us on New Years Eve, from 7pm, for drinks. All spirits and shots are just £2.50

🍖Sunday 4th Jan will be our last offering a Sunday Roast so please to book your table in your usual way.

🎁Friday 9th Jan we have Chris' Farewell Draw (ultimately a christmas draw just 2 weeks later) Please pop in for a chance to win some prizes and enjoy some farewell drinks.
