The Elms Club The Elms club is sadly closed down We also have Rock & Roll dances/discos once a month everyone welcome for a small fee.

The Elms is a popular club for external groups such as the running club on a Tuesday evening and the Salsa Club also on a Tuesday evening. Bingo is played several times a week including Sunday lunch. We have a large concert room available for functions ie: private parties etc, sorry no 18th or 21st birthdays. And to cater for the little people in our lives, we have a games room which they can go o

n a Saturday evening and Sunday lunch to run around, play pool, darts etc. In the near future we are having gaming machines installed. Pop, crisps and sweets are available for them to purchase. So come along and see what we have to offer.

Due to my phone going ballistick I have posted photos of the renovations going on at the Elms club. This is nothing to do with the old elms this is due to new owners that aquired the building recently. I dont know who they are but their web site is on the poster.
It is wonderful to see new life being put into the building instead of it being bulldosed down. It wasnt viable for the orgional elms to do half the renovations that is being done as we speak so it is wonderful to see it.
I for one cant wait to see it finished regardless of what happened to us in the past I wish the new owners all the sucess and see the completed project.

The elms has closed down for good great memories fantastic people who came to support us all. After a year it has been taken over my some more different people who are at the moment doing renovations will keep you posted on what they are going to make the buisness into .
