Wanted full-time ( 30 hours + a week ) Assistant Manager.

We are looking to hire a friendly, enthusiastic, trustworthy and ambitious person to work full time at Babelas, queens road, Leicester. We need someone who is confident to work alone and as part of a team.

We will provide a friendly, fun environment and provide support, training and qualifications. If you are looking for a long term career in hospitality or medium term job that will engage and improve your social skills and self confidence then please apply.

Babelas is a friendly, respectful environment with lovely customers and ever changing beers and products. We want to continually improve the experience for our customers and staff. Happy staff with a positive attitude are pivotal to the environment we want to create and what we want to achieve.

Salary will be based on experience, progression and ultimately results. There will be the opportunity to progress and take on more responsibility.

Requirements
* Enthusiasm, reliability, honest, warm and friendly personality
* A desire to learn about craft beer and spirits.
* Experience and non experience welcome to apply as we feel personality and attitude is more important. Training and access to courses and qualifications will be given.
* A willingness to learn, be flexible and work under pressure.
* Good with social media and be creative to promote drinks and events etc.
* Ability to keep the bar organised, stocked and cleaned, have good personal hygiene, cashing up, taking responsibility for the bar during staff holidays and illness.

Hi. We're doing off sales tomorrow for TT Landlord, Harvest Pale and Oakham Inferno to be followed by Citra.
I'll be here at 11 am until 12 noon. We,re supposed to have bookings so if you would like to pick a slot at 10 minute intervals: eg 11am, 11.10 , 11.20 etc
