Fancy some French Ye-Ye garage pop? How about some stomping junk shop glam/pub rock? We've got a treat in store!

LES KITSCHENETTES: After trying for years we've FINALLY got a date fixed for these groovy Gallic guys & gals and we couldn't be more excited! Think the B52s meet Serge Gainsbourg at his swingin'est, with a leather gloved frontman and vintage-perfect chanteuse frontwoman commanding the crowd, blasting beat guitars, rolling organ and the catchiest, most infectious 60s sounds, come on down and do the jerk!

THEE DAGGER DEBS:
Renowned for their sweaty, high energy gigs, these three girls belt out stomping pub rock, junk shop glam, photo-punk rock. A must for fans of Dr Feelgood, Slade, Eddie and the Hotrods, The Flaming Groovies etc etc, some of who they've shared the stage with. Another 1st for Leicester and we're incredibly excited that they've agreed to play for us!

Plus, we have your usual livewire DJs and special guest DJ: Craig Steptoe (Pandora's box): after years away from the city Craig's been tempted back to spin some tasty tunes for us. His record box is bulging with THEE RAREST, THEE GREATEST, THEE MOSTEST garage, punk, psych, surf, beat, soul and more.

Anyone coming to Firebug tomorrow for The Mandelbrot Shakes and Nestter Donuts gig: bring some change! Firebug now has a whole arcade of PINBALL MACHINES and vintage ARCADE GAMES including Pac-Man, space invaders, donkey king and best of all bubble bobble!!!!!

It's super sucky that we have to join the ever lengthening list of cancelled events with our fellow promoters.
Sadly Les Kitschenettes are unable to play at Livewire!
I know we're all gutted at the loss of our social lives, but think of the bands, promoters, roadies and sound guys etc who are literally unable to work.
Buy all the merch!!!
When we're all stuck indoors we'll need records, t-shirts, badges, shopping bags and posters to enhance our solitary existence.
When this is all over, who fancies a party?
