Ay up Duck!🦆

On our specials menu this month is a pan-seared Duck breast, with a Soy sauce and white w**e reduction, fondant potato, caramelised carrots and a chestnut mushroom puree.

The earthiness of the chestnut mushrooms pairs perfectly with the gamey richness of the duck, while the caramelised carrots add a delicious touch of sweetness. 🍽️

Bringing in autumn officially, our Signature French Onion & Oxtail Soup is back on the menu from the 1st of October! 🧅🥣
Caramelised onions, slow-cooked with red w**e in a fresh oxtail broth, served the French way and topped with a crouton with plenty of melted cheese (check out the cheese pull!🧀)
