Hi Guys, hope everyone is OK. We have busy painting and updating the golf club and are nearly ready to open. The clubhouse bar and Billy's Bistro is open to everyone, you don't have to be a member. I'll be serving food everyday in the bar (except Mondays) and the restaurant will be open Friday and Saturday evenings initially. Serving a three course meal.

Be great to see some of those Street Grill golfers. If anyone is planning on visiting just give me a call and I can help with accommodation and put together a food and golf package. There is a caravan club site at the golf club and you can access the golf club shower and toilet facilities.

Great news, Sam Miller will be reopening the restaurant on Russell Street, Leek, very soon. I'm very excited to see Sam take on board the baton of cooking for the lovely people of Leek He comes from a solid catering background and worked as a chef for a number of years at the Ryles Arms, Sutton. Thank you to everyone who has booked for the upcoming festive menu, we are now fully booked for the whole of December.

I do have some news to share. It is with sadness that I can confirm I will not be reopening the restaurant in the new year.

I know I have been threatening to finish for some time, a bit like the everlasting closing down sale of Ponden Mill ! But I am happy to say that I have an exciting opportunity to set up a new restaurant and bar at a local golf course near to Tregaron and Lampeter, Cilgwyn Golf Course. I'll post some updates and further information on this new venture on my page in the new year.

Thank you to everyone for the last 9 years, its been the longest job I've ever had, probably because I can't sack myself! It has truly been a pleasure meeting you all. We have had some great times and I have some fond memories and some lovely friends. Thank you. Just finally I hope to have a leaving party/asado in the new year, Anne-Marie doesn't know it yet, but we will take over the wineshop and garden and have a farewell bash. Love to you all Billy x. Hi Everyone, thank you for such a great response to our festive menu. The only availability left in December is on Thursday 12th December. There is also some limited availability for the festive menu on Friday 29th November and Saturday 30th November.
