Meet the 2 new fully electric Volvo FM's joining the fleet at JODA Freight Ltd⚡⚡

Specified with the drive select and safety package, these latest arrivals are equipped with forward collision warning with adaptive cruise control and AEBS advanced, roof and side air deflectors, as well as a Volvo Connect subscription.

The new trucks will support Joda Freight's Pallet-Track delivery operations, delivering efficient day-to-day performance while contributing to a more sustainable approach to transport.

These latest fleet additions further strengthen Joda Freight's commitment to reducing environmental impact and enhancing its sustainability credentials, as the business continues to explore practical ways to operate a cleaner, greener fleet.

🚶🏿‍♀️🚶‍♂️Supporting a Great Cause 🚶🏾‍♂️🚶‍♀️

On 26th September, the Crossroads Scunthorpe team will be taking on a 12-mile charity walk to raise funds for Lindsey Lodge Hospice and Healthcare.

For more than 30 years, Lindsey Lodge Hospice has provided outstanding care and support to people living with life-limiting illnesses, as well as their families and carers. Their work makes a real difference to our local community, and we're proud to support such a worthy cause.

The team will set off from Crossroads Scunthorpe at 12:30pm, with the walk finishing at 7 Lakes Country Park.

Every donation, no matter the size, will help Lindsey Lodge continue delivering the vital care and services that so many people rely on.

We’re delighted to hand over the first of four brand-new Volvo FM 8x4 Tippers to Welton Aggregates.

Built to deliver reliability, performance, and productivity in demanding aggregate operations, these trucks are ready to get straight to work complete with the Broughtons Steel Muckaway bodies.

We are proud to hand over this outstanding Volvo FH 500 Aero to the team at DWDS Ltd.

This exceptional truck is loaded with premium specifications, including a full leather interior, microwave, alloy wheels, sliding fifth wheel, factory-fitted chassis side skirts, and super singles on the steer and lift axles. Based in Scunthorpe, the team provides a comprehensive range of plant and equipment hire, including Tarmacadam pavers, forklift trucks, access platforms and general plant machinery for domestic and commercial projects.
