Coming Up | The Maritime County

Following on from their sold-out headline at Oporto, we bring this class band to the Lending Room.
They are an upcoming indie rock band from Leeds delivering raw, authentic performances to the venues they’ve played so far. With songs that just sound classic hinting influence from bands such as The Stone Roses, The Bridewell Taxis, The Waterboys and James. With both stripped back acoustic sing-alongs and tracks with roaring guitars The Maritime County are creating tunes that undeniably capture the northern indie sound.

NEW SHOW | Oakenthrone

Oakenthrone was formed in 2022 by founder and composer Simon Nagington. Originally as a solo project; his unique take on the black metal genre was forged in the 2 track tape releases of EMBERS OF REVERIE (2024) and ASTRAL BINDING & THE OATHSWORN (2025). Both of these cassettes sold out immediately and pushed Oakenthrone to the top of the Bandcamp UK Black Metal page where it has retained a foothold since.
