Gildersome Conservative Club

Are looking for a dedicated cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of our club.

Responsibilities:
• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and kitchen area.
• Emptying bins and restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap).
• General tidying of designated areas.
What We Offer:
• Pay: £12.21 per hour
• Hours: 12 hours per week
• Contract: Permanent
Requirements:
• Proven experience in domestic or commercial cleaning preferred.
• Good knowledge of health & safety and COSHH preferred.
• A "get-on-with-it" attitude and strong work ethic.

A reminder to all members that subs for 2025 are now due and should be paid by 31st January to avoid becoming in arrears and having your membership suspended.

Members who have not yet paid, could you please call into the club, at your earliest convenience, and pay your subs over the bar.

Just to let members know who were planning to bring their children to watch the England game this Saturday 6th July in the lounge that the room will not be available as it is being used for a private function.
The match will be shown in the Games Room, for members and their guests, no under 18's unless club rules allow.

The Conservative Club would just like to thank everyone who came yesterday to enjoy the band and again we just did manage to avoid the heavy rain ☔️. It was a great day apologies for the queues these cannot be helped but everyone worked hard to try to keep you hydrated 🍻🍷🥂during the day. Our next outside event is Sunday 30th July YORKSHIRE DAY ☀️☀️with the band Cooler Kings performing outside weather permitting. Thank you all again hope to see you soon 😊.

The Conservative Club would like to thank everyone for joining us for a fantastic day yesterday 😊. The sun ☀️was shining for our Coronation day. Everyone seemed to have a great day 🍻🍻🍷🍷.
