That’s why a core module within Zest Training Academy is called ‘Exquiste Garnishes’, we train on how to ensure cocktails have instant photo appeal.

Today in Milton Keynes, another group of very engaged bartenders from
Restaurant Associates completed all 4 modules in a day, with 5 star feedback.

In response to a need for structured training with hospitality, Zest Training Academy is now live and operational throughout the UK.

Currently training hospitality teams within Restaurant Associates and Restaurant Associates Venues, the vibrant content empowers hospitality staff with:

Exquiste Garnishing Skills

Led by Murdo MacLeod, the courses have been curated and are delivered with 2 decades of experience in bartending excellence.

Training dates are currently also being made available for hotel groups and other hospitality operations this year.
