Let’s start by saying this… you’ll be pleased to know that and are still open and here to stay! 🥳
Now for the not so good news…
Sadly, we have to announce that The Meanwood Brewery is no more. For reasons that are complex and likely familiar to many by now, we’ve been unable to keep the brewery doors open.
Don’t cry for us, we’re already dead. Instead, please come and drink with us 🍻
You can find the last of The Meanwood Brewery beer on at both sites until it’s gone. We’ll let you know when things are running low, so you can come and share a final pint with us.
Moving forwards, our bars will continue to showcase the best of the best beer out there. As Baz said earlier, “we will continue to put on some absolutely fu***ng mint beer for you”.
In true Meanwood Brewery fashion, it wouldn’t be us if we didn’t have a final few reels — our demise reels, if you will — which we will share over the next couple of days 🙌
We don’t think that there is a better time than now to give this reminder! Please support your locals now more than ever, spread this message far and wide, and you too might just save another local business!
Anyway, eventually this account will be used for something else. What is that, you ask? We don’t know just yet. Stick around if you like 👀
In the meantime, if you want to keep up with us, please go and give the bars a follow.
AND FINALLY, we just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has ever drunk our beer, bought our beer, worked with us, put our beer on at their bars, had us at festivals, followed us on socials, and generally supported us in any way over the last eight years. What a crazy, wild ride it has been 🙏
