Available Position

Function Room Manager/ Bar Supervisor

This role is predominantly weekend work and unsociable hours . 16 hours per week minimum but scope to increase hours if required for the correct candidate

£12.50 per hour plus tips, with potential to rise as duties increase

We are looking for a motivated experienced individual to take control of all function hall bookings, manage the hall and ensure that the hall is booked out and that all events are catered for appropriately.

Duties

Advertise the hall and take bookings
Promote any vacant slots
Run events
Manage all hall bookings
Oversee all funerals, christenings, anniversaries and events
Arrange and sell Christmas party nights in December
Organise staffing rota for all functions
Manage staff
Train staff
Control stock
Cash up
Liaise with chefs with regard to catering requirements for each function if required
Manage Facebook to advertise function hall
Manage messenger for hall enquiries and bookings

This position has scope to grow into other sites for the correct candidate
