⚓️ 30 DAYS OF US… AND WHAT 30 DAYS! 😂

Can’t believe it’s only been 1 month! 🤣 Feels like we’ve been here for years with how much we’ve squeezed in – singing, dancing, big cup finals, new faces, familiar faces and non-stop good vibes.

We couldn’t have asked for a better start. Thanks to every single one of you who’s popped in, joined in and helped make The Old Salt exactly what we wanted it to be. Let’s keep the good times rolling! 🚢✅

🕊️ IT IS WITH SUCH HEAVY HEARTS WE SHARE THE SAD PASSING OF CHIC – A TRUE CAMBUSLANG LEGEND 🕊️

Chic, you were one absolute character through and through! Full of endless stories, big laughs, and that one-of-a-kind personality that lit up every room you walked into – there was never a dull moment when you were around 😂❤️

We have so many wonderful, happy memories of you over the years – you were part of the very fabric of our place, always there, always ready for a chat, a tale (that got better every time you told it!) and a good bit of craic.

But what we’ll always hold closest to our hearts? You and your brother Marty were our very first customers ever in the days of the The Old Salt - Largs. The first two faces through our doors and two of the best friends we could ever have asked for.

You leave behind so many happy memories, so many laughs, and a legacy that will never be forgotten round here.

Rest easy now Chic – you absolute legend. Our deepest love and condolences to all his family, friends and everyone lucky enough to have known him. You’ll be missed more than words can say 🧡

Then straight after, we keep the day going with the brilliant David Millar live on stage 🎤

David always brings amazing songs, great energy and has everyone singing along – the perfect way to round off what’s going to be a fantastic day!

Tonight it’s everyone’s favourite – Karen’s Karaoke, live right here from 4pm until 7pm! 🎶

Always such a brilliant laugh, everyone joining in, songs for every taste and the best atmosphere around. Whether you love getting up to sing or just enjoy listening and joining in the choruses, it’s always such a great afternoon out.

Cold drinks poured, seats ready and Karen all set to get the party started – come down and make it a Saturday to remember! 🥂

Beautiful voice, brilliant mix of songs and exactly the perfect vibe to kick off your weekend properly. Lauren always puts on such a great show, gets everyone singing along and makes the place feel amazing – you won’t want to miss this one!

We had one brave soul up singing Sweet Caroline… and next thing? Everyone was joining in, belting it out, holding hands and making the whole place feel like one big happy group! 🥹

Was brilliant to see the visitors from Cambuslang too – you jumped right in, sang loud and fitted right in with the crowd, thanks so much for coming along! 🤝
