A few from our last tasting evening ⬇️

- Monkfish mosaic served with a dashi sabayon and spring onion tapioca.
- Quail 'pie' served with celeriac & hazelnut puree, asparagus and Morels.
- Milk roll served with cultured wild garlic butter topped with fermented garlic capers.
- Pear & brown butter cremeux served with parsnip ice cream, pear compote, pear glass and an almond & rye crumble.
- Rabbit raviolo serves with asparagus veloute, spring vegetables and rendered smoked lardo.

-Pear 75, a shot of pear infused gin topped with Roebuck Estate Classic Cuvee 🍐
