Celeriac Leaf & Crab Parfait - white crab & cantaloupe compote, carrot & sumac sorbet

Honey & Mead - mead parfait, earl grey, puffed grain & bee pollen crisps, honey & bergamot consommé

Yellowfin Tuna Taco - red pepper emulsion, miso & sesame oil, kimchi
