Fairfield Brewery is the nefarious doings of a man with long hair, a beard and ten years' experience in real ale cellar management in award winning pubs in the northwest of England. The project's aim is to create 3, maybe 4 balanced, palatable beers that everyone will love, and to spend the rest of the time making absolute nonsense on a whim. In this regard, suggestions are always welcome, and any

particularly exciting ideas win a few bottles of the finished article! Wines are also produced, and one of the core principles of the project is to forage as many of the raw materials for the beverages as possible from the rather beautiful local landscape.

What are all you people doing here? I'd literally forgotten about this page until a couple of weeks ago. Have I been hacked or something? Or is there a new craze for depressingly family-buried inactive homebrewers with crap Photoshop skills? 🤔

Thinking about it, maybe there's an actual brewery called Fairfield now and you all liked by accident... Might Google it in a sec.
