The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products

(like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Care instructions
All of my products are handmade or hand painted and I take a lot of care to seal the paints and vinyl decals onto the products. However, to ensure the paint doesn't chip and to ensure the vinyl doesn't lift I would suggest handwashing each product or wiping them down with a wet cloth. Custom and personalised orders
I accept custom and personalised orders! Please send me a message or include your customisations in the personalisation box when ordering a specific item. If you like my products, but can't see the exact item you want on my shop page please do get in touch and I will try and meet your expectations! Can I buy your products in bulk? If you are looking to buy my products for a hen party or wedding guests or birthdays etc please just let me know and I can reproduce as many items as you need! Discounts will be applied when you buy in larger numbers. Can you send my delivery as a priority? Please send me a message if you need your item urgently and I will let you know when you should expect it. I will always work as quickly as possible for you. Will my items arrive safely? I can't guarantee this as I send my items with Royal Mail but I do hand pack each package to ensure the items are completely secure. I use bubble wrap and other packing materials to try and protect the items as much as possible. Do you ship outside of the UK? The postage fees are extremely high for items of this quality so I am unable to accommodate this at the moment.
