It’s the start of a new month, the -ber months have begun, and our Autumn season of entertainment will hit the cosy spot.

Get ready for another powerhouse night of live stand-up as The Frazer Theatre Comedy Club returns from its summer break on Friday 4th September!

This months line up includes Lewis Garnham, , Andy White, Pat Draper and the evening’s host Alex Hylton.

Tickets, as always, are £10 for all these laughs!

On Saturday 12th September 2026, Frazer Theatre Music presents Rust For Glory, the UK’s premier Neil Young tribute band.
Rust For Glory have been faithfully capturing the spirit and sound of Neil Young since 2011. With a dynamic range that spans haunting acoustic ballads to full-throttle electric rockers, Rust For Glory deliver powerful and authentic performances that celebrate every era of Young’s storied career.

Doors open at 7pm and the show starts at 7.30pm.

On Friday 18th September The Frazer Theatre Comedy Club welcomes back Lloyd Griffith.
It’s been a few years since Lloyd (Live At The Apollo, Return to Paradise, Ted Lasso etc etc) has been on tour, so he’s written some new jokes and he’s taking them (and his new hair) to some lovely small intimate rooms around the country to try and create a show smoother than his newly lasered shoulders.
Small rooms, cheap tickets, probably chaos. Get stuck in.
Tickets are £10 (booking fee applies).
Doors open at 7.30pm and the show starts at 8pm

On Saturday 19th September, Frazer Theatre Music presents The Rob Dylan Band who will be bringing their own unique ‘Rolling Thunder Revue’ tribute to the music of Bob Dylan and The Band to The Frazer Theatre.

Formed by a group of musicians who bring their own unique and dynamic interpretation to the music of one of the world’s greatest songwriters the band’s ‘Rolling Thunder Revue” show takes you on a journey through Dylan’s most popular songs delivering tight harmonies with powerful musical orchestrations.

We don't often do this kind of thing, but given that Chris Cantrill, Paul Foot and Harriet Dyer have visited the Frazer many times over the years, we can't help but be a little chuffed for their success!

Plus, although we can't announce it yet, one of them will be here with a tour date in 2027...

(And extra special secret squirrel intel, another of this year's best show nominees will be at the club in Spring 27 too... Don't say we don't spoil you!)

Tickets for September's club are on sale now at www.frazertheatre.co.uk, but there's not many left. You know what to do.

Good news! We've found the USB stick with the official poster for 2:22 A Ghost Story! The bad news is that it got taken on holiday to France and isn't going to be back with us until tomorrow. So to our dismay, and his delight, we're going to have to share one final "totally, completely, unarguably original" poster created by our director John Pearce. Do you want to play a game?

Ok, we admit, this is getting a bit embarrassing now. We really want to show you the official poster for 2:22 A Ghost Story, but the USB stick is still AWOL. We hate to do this, mainly because he's having far too much fun, but we've no option than to share another one of our esteemed director's "original compositions". We'd like to chat longer, but we're having an old friend for dinner....

Day two of our hunt for the official 2:22 A Ghost Story poster, and we're sadly no closer to tracking it down, so our director has offered another one of his poster ideas which apparently "came to him in a dream". We think originality might be an alien concept to him...

We want to be honest with you - we'd planned to show off the first look at the official poster for our production of 2:22 A Ghost Story today but... Well... We lost the USB stick. But, not one to be defeated, director John Pearce has decided he is "dead good" at making posters and has "lots of great ideas". So, until we track down our backup copy of the official poster, please enjoy John's "100% original" work. The power of Christ compels you...

One house, four friends, a normal dinner party. But what happens when the clock reaches 2:22?

The Knaresborough Players are proud to present our upcoming production of 2:22 A Ghost Story by Danny Robins on 14th - 17th October 2026. A smash hit both in the West End and on tour across the country, we are delighted to be one of the first amateur groups in the UK to win the rights to perform this show.

2:22 A Ghost Story tells the story of a seemingly normal evening in a suburban London house, but there are dark secrets lurking in this building, and as the 2:22 approaches truths will be revealed, faith will be tested and ultimately there will be one question which must be answered... Do You Believe?

Directed by John Pearce and starring Rich McCulloch, Lisa Morton, Kevin Donnelly and Lindsey Martin, tickets are already selling fast. Secure yours today from www.frazertheatre.co.uk for just £10 (£8 concessions)

Please note this show contains bright lights, flashing lights, sudden loud noises and discussions of death. Not suitable for those of a nervous disposition
