We understand that people may form opinions based on what has been shared publicly. However, the situation is not as straightforward as it has been presented, and there are multiple factors that cannot be addressed in a public forum at this time.

We have provided full documentation directly and have initiated a formal process through an independent third party to ensure everything is reviewed fairly.

We respect everyone involved and are focused on resolving this properly, rather than through social media.

Let's clarify a few things about The Attic Club:

We are still under the same ownership

We are going to be having bands from Thursday night all the way through to Sunday night and all your favourite staff will be working 🤩

We have briefly closed as day to day bar and will re-evaluate whether we can reopen as an actual bar or stay as a venue. The rising costs around us makes it very difficult to be able to stay open on the weekends without guaranteed income (gig or private hire).

We are still taking bookings this year for both gigs and private hires the calendar is looking healthy and we have some of your favourites from last year coming back this year 👀

No one else is taking on The Attic Club or will take it on. We are a music venue, it would be silly for us not to have bands on Bonfest... This will be your chance to see how a gig looks in The Attic Club, we are going all out for the full weekend with a sound and light team. No speakers on sticks, no cheap lights, the full shabang and you don't wanna miss it 🔥

We can't wait to welcome everyone from 4pm on Thursday 30th April for our first Bonfest 🎶
