Traditionally made like champagne but produced outside the region, offering top-notch bubbles at an affordable price.

Fancy an easy Christmas cocktail to impress your guests - this delicious take on a Bellini will get you into the festive spirit 🥂

This is our recipe but adjust to your liking:
•175ml Prosecco or Champagne
•25ml Apricot Brandy (we use Giffard)
Garnish with a sprig of thyme & enjoy!
