This is our recipe but adjust to your liking:
•175ml Prosecco or Champagne
•25ml Apricot Brandy (we use Giffard)
Garnish with a sprig of thyme & enjoy!

🍋‍🟩 TEQUILA 🍋‍🟩
Not just for margaritas or shots, these two gorgeous little glasses are filled with the Carajillos cocktail & Toreador cocktail - a delicious use of our favourite spirit 😋 (see below for our recipes)

CARAJILLOS
•15ml resposdo tequila - we use Espolón
•40ml Licor 43
•50ml Espresso
~Add all ingredients to your cocktail shaker, add ice, shake hard, strain into a coup or tumbler glass, grate some nutmeg on top & enjoy!

TOREADOR
•50ml blanco tequila - we use Espolón
•25ml apricot brandy
•25ml lime juice
•10ml agave
~Add all ingredients to your cocktail shaker, add ice, shake, strain into a Nick & Nora or coup glass, enjoy!
