He has a great interest in boats and has even built the wonderful model boat you’ll see proudly displayed on our bookcase, and has made more that are displayed in other pubs.

With a background as an engineer, he worked on trawlers such as the Corsair, helping to make sure the vessels were ready to head

Hi all there is a network problem with DNA card at the moment. We can take cash, but the card machine is down. We have spoken with DNA they are aware and trying to fix the issue. Cash is fine

This was the first broadcast on the "Good Morning Japan" program. It is shorter than the one that will air this wednesday. Next week it will go out on the English channel NHK World.

Woo hoo! The crowdfunder has officially closed, and together we have raised an amazing £64,550!
We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has invested in our vision for the function room at The New Clarence.
While this means we won't be pursuing the Hull City Council funding route, we have some even more exciting news: we have identified an alternative funding stream that could match what we’ve raised by up to 80%! If successful, this would enable us to complete the renovations as planned.
A massive thank you to everyone who believes in this project, and a special shout-out to the Community Shares Booster Fund for matching the first £25k of shares!
