Well ……. What a busy week ! End of an era ! After 21 years ( well, except for 19 days😉) I am no longer the licensee of The C**k & Bell. If someone had said to me on the 17th of May 2005 that I would be there 21 years I would have said “ no chance🤣” but here we are 21 years later 🤣. There has been good,bad, happy and sad ( there’s always a song in it🤣)time’s mainly happy😊. I would like to thank each and everyone who have supported me … family, friends, customers ( who have become friends)without all of the above The C**k & Bell wouldn’t have been what it was. Soooo a massive thank you 💜to all you lovely people I’m sure I’ll see a lot of you around💜. Good luck to Raj on his new venture and let’s support him because we need The C**k and Bell, so I’ll see you all on the other side, over and out !!!

Hello again ha ha ….. not quite rid of me yet🤣. As the next landlord doesn’t want any of my fixtures and fittings I will be holding a 3 day car boot sale at The C**k & Bell !!on Friday 24th from 1pm, Saturday 25th from 11am and Sunday 26th from 11am. 21 years of pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, glass washer, fridges,glasses, tables, chairs, shoes, clothes, gazebos, Xmas stuff, dressing up gear and anything else you can think of. Everything must go !!! There’s even some alcohol going cheap ( spirits etc ). Tea and coffee on tap too if you fancy a cuppa 💜. So come and grab yourself a bargain. You name it and it’s probably here 🤣🤣

Well……what can I say !!! That’s the last shift over and done with …. Feels very strange… the last 21 years have mostly been a blast 🌋. I’d like to thank each and everyone who have supported me here. Thank you to every member of staff who have helped me be here for 21 years, without them the C**k & Bell would have never survived🥰through the good times and bad. Thank you to my very loyal dart teams, without you, well it’s not worth thinking about. Thank you to every customer who have walked through the door and spent their hard earned cash 💶. The biggest of thank you’s to the special people who have supported me since September 2024… both family and friends, thank you, thank you, thank you. So lovely people …. Keep smiling and having fun and don’t forget that life is a gift so live it 😘
