Fuel's positive vibes to kick off the new year are...
Our being very quiet & closed during 2025 (bar the amazing Jamrock 😍 that is), was because we have been recrafting ideas for the old girl. To rejuvenate her to become a collaborative community venue, that will be led by not-for-profit Community Interest Companies and community partners.
Fuel is such a great space, and offers so much potential, but its days of being the one trick pony that it was are over. To be clear, that doesn't mean anything lost, not at all.
It simply means, in 2026, as we assemble a wider community, working with as many charities, CICs, community groups and other such organisations, as well as great nightclub and live music promoters, fuel will become much more, serving the wider community, led by the wider community. 👨🎤💃👩🦽🕺
If anyone across the community may be interested in getting involved in the new phase of life that 'Sherlock Holmes' / 'O'Neils' / 'Moriarty's' / 'Fuel' has ahead, please give us a shout in our DMs! As a community we can create something amazing!
