Hi folks,

Long time no see… but from tomorrow there’s something new but with a hint of the old happening down Princes Dock St in the old Blue Water cafe building.

If you are in town come say hi to some familiar faces… at “Little Leo’s” 😉

We will be open from 11.30 it would be lovely to see folks on our opening day, just go gentle it’s our first day back 😆

Hi folks, I write this with a very heavy heart... On Sunday night we closed Leo's for the very last time, we have done everything possible to cling on but rising energy prices, covid rent owed, ridiculous rent costs and large fall in footfall in the city it's just not possible.

We managed almost 11yrs under the current ownership and some of the current staff have been with Leo's for 26yrs... not only has this place been my work but also my home for 11yrs, but as one of my fantastic staff said "it's not the building that makes the Leo's family" ❤️ I'd like to thank all our customers, suppliers, staff, new and old for all your support you really are what made Leo's such a lovely place to be. Thanks again, Lee and all at Leo's X 🫶

Hi folks,

Just wanted to let you all know that we are still here and open… 🙏 but the outside area has been removed due to the constant, almost nightly ASB (antisocial behaviour) with damage to the booths. We are gutted that it’s come to this but since we came back after lockdown it’s just been ridiculous…

We don’t know what the plans are for the summer now, the council have got some ideas so we will wait and see. We might be returning to the days before the booths when the furniture is put out in the morning then brought back in on a night. We will keep you posted with any developments but now more than ever we wanted to let you know we are still here and really look forward to seeing you all.

Thanks for all your support it means the world to us in these crazy times.

So great news… we have hot water 🥵 💦 👏 so we will be back open tomorrow Friday 10th February 😁👍

Hi folks,

We are sorry 😞 but we are closed, hopefully 🙏 only until Saturday… we are having a new water boiler fitted which is a 5 day job… 🤦‍♂️

So fingers crossed we are back open Saturday as normal.

Just a quick one… we are opening Tuesday 8th November because there are a few big events going on and we’ve had some inquiries. So if you are looking to eat or drink 🍹 on that date we will be open.

Hi folks,

Well we didn’t want to write this but today is our last service on a Tuesday for a while… we are closing on a Monday and Tuesday now for the foreseeable future due to crazy energy costs and a drop in footfall in the town on these 2 days. It’s not something we want to do it was horrible going from 7 days to 6 days after lockdown let alone this. We of course will look at individual events near Christmas 🎅 etc.

We all would like to thank everyone of you for your support it means the world to us in these crazy times…

On a positive note we are over the moon to have received this award yesterday… 🥰 it really did cheer us all up after coming to the decision about Tuesdays. 🫶 so thank you folks and hope to see you soon. 🙏
