🫶🏼We would like to sincerely apologise to all of our customers affected by tonight’s (23-05-26) unexpected power outage during our busiest service period.
Unfortunately, the issue was caused by a fault with the landlord’s electrical board, which was completely beyond our control.
We had to wait for their technician to attend and resolve the problem, which took over an hour.
Our team did everything they could to assist guests, remain calm, and keep everyone informed throughout the disruption.
We are incredibly grateful for the patience and understanding shown by so many customers this evening.
However, we would also like to remind everyone that our staff are here to provide service and support — not to receive abuse for circumstances they did not cause and could not control.
Please treat hospitality workers with kindness and respect.
