The bar at 55 Whitefriargate, known as Bar55, is an indie cocktail bar which has as its purpose supporting local businesses and offer a unique experience to our guests by providing high quality drinks and service. Our main partner is Hotham’s, an award winning gin school and distillery, situated above the bar. We are proud to announce that our house gin, vodka and rum are distilled onsite by Hotham's Distillery and our cocktails are made with their award-winning spirits.
