I have just been told that all the pictures of old customers that used the pub over the years that have been displayed on the wall as a matter of respect and remembering them have been taken down and will not be going back up so if you want to collect them then please do they are stored away

It's a sad day today myself and Dave left the ship for good
We want to wish all our old customers a happy Christmas and a wonderful New Year
We have not gone far 8miles from pub so your all welcome to visit
The pub has been handed to the new owners Dawn and Paul Wild they run The Meadows pub
Things might stay the same but that's up to them I am sure you will make them welcome
Me and Dave will miss you all we class you all as our family
As they say we will meet again

We are all so shocked to hear of the passing of jase pearce
We all will remember him as the joker you know the one person in the pub who sounded like a pirate when drunk on Morgan spiced rum
He had a great talent at wrapping things and designs for windows ect
Fly high and have a party up there
We will all miss you
