Job Description:
Weaver Green and its sister companies are seeking a Full / Part Time Accounts Administrator to join its rapidly growing businesses. Based in our offices in Loddiswell, the desirable candidate would have previous experience working within an accounts department with a willingness to learn and a hard working attitude.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance Department with day-to-day accounting tasks. You’ll ensure accurate financial records are maintained and help the business manage its finances efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
• Processing payments and invoices
• Credit control and debt recovery tasks
• Answering telephone queries and emails
• Liaising with suppliers, customers and internal sales teams
• Assisting with ad hoc finance projects as required
About You:
We are looking for someone proactive, organised and eager to learn. The ideal candidate should have:
• Previous experience in an accounts or customer services role
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and organisational skills
