I’m really sorry to inform you that we will be closing the Plymouth shop at the end of January.
We opened with high hopes and grand plans in September 2019 and got off to a great start with our first Christmas.
2020 was supposed to the year we opened our Speakeasy Cellar Bar but we all know what happened next!
It’s become clear over the last few years that without the income from the bar the shop would take too long to become profitable. We persevered as long as we could but unfortunately the time has come to pull the plug and close the shop.
There is some good news, however!
First of all, we’ll be holding a Closing Down Sale on Thursday, Friday and Saturday this week.
There will be:

20% Off Spirits
(Except Barrel & Still Spiced Rum)
Come along and pick up some amazing bargains!
The second bit of good news is after we close the shop you’ll still be able to buy wines and spirits from us!
We are taking the business 100% online.
We plan to have a regular delivery to Plymouth every Friday.
Just spend £50 and we’ll deliver to your house or place of work for free, in time for the weekend. Under £50 the delivery charge is just £4.99.
We are upgrading our website to ensure everything is working as smoothly as possible. Look out for emails and Instagram and Facebook posts when we launch the service.
The third bit of good news is we will continue to run our popular wine tasting events in Plymouth in partnership with local venues.

Finally, I’d like to say a huge thank you to all our lovely customers for your support over the last few years. It’s been a pleasure meeting you all and I hope we can continue to bring you our delicious wines and spirits and perhaps see you at a future tasting event.
