Crown & Mitre Dog friendly. Old fashioned pub with up to 6 real ales on at any one time. And freshly cooked home style meals and lite meals available.

We are a grade 2 listed building built as private houses in the 1600's and converted in to a pub in 1743. Since that date the premises have retained not just the name but also the licence. We have been independently owned and run since 1994. We are in great riverside spot, lots of interesting naval and nautical memorabilia to come and see and up to six well kept ales from small independant brewery

We are officially RETIRED 😀 thankyou all for your custom and friendships over the years it has meant alot and made our time at the Crown & mitre full of laughter, tears and made a lifetimes worth of happy memories.
