Our game tasting menu running again on Friday 17th October with a 6 course dinner starting at 7pm for £50pp.

Wild game is lean, protein-rich, low in fat, and extremely versatile. Each type has a distinct flavor profile, offering endless possibilities for creative cooking. Plus, wild meat generally has a lower carbon footprint than intensively farmed meat, and the industry plays a vital role in countryside management.

We always feature a large selection of game on our normal menu but this sort of event is the perfect opportunity to sample a few options!

This week we have, roast sirloin of beef, loin of pork, and roast chicken as well as our butternut squash and pearl onion tart.

As usual all our roasts are served with bowls of cauliflower cheese, roasted root veg, green veg and red cabbage.

And if you fancy something other than a roast, we are running our full menu as well (including venison, lobster Thermidor and Norfolk steaks)

The snug bar has had a makeover!

Over the last few weeks we have been working with a plethora of local suppliers to come up with a selection of products to inspire.

Over the next few days we will also be adding to it with some of our homemade produce to take away so please do watch out on the page as we list some of the suppliers and showcase the produce.

This Thursday the 4th of September is the date for our next awesome tasting menu.

This time we are celebrating the 70's with our 70s themed menu. with drinks on arrival and traditional 70s canapés this 6 course menu aims to trigger nostalgia and take you back to a bygone era.
We will be writing a vegetarian option for every course and as usual all dietary requirements can be catered for with prior knowledge.
