At La Dragon, it’s the people behind the scenes who create the experience - and today we’re introducing Denish, our Head Chef.

Denish has been part of the La Dragon team for the past two years. Calm, hardworking and always smiling, he brings great energy to the restaurant every day.

Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, spending time with his family, playing his PS5 and browsing on TikTok.

Firstly, thank you to everyone who entered our “Why I Deserve a La Dragon” competition — your comments made us laugh, smile and genuinely touched us over the last few days ❤️

Choosing a winner wasn’t easy, but one entry stood out to us.

Congratulations to Audrey Taylor ✨

Audrey told us that if she won, she would like to donate the prize of a meal for 2 to Pauline, founder of Beautiful Inside & Out - SCIO, and her partner.

Pauline sadly lost her 13-year-old to su***de and, despite dealing with unimaginable personal grief, has gone on to create a charity dedicated to supporting others through mental health struggles and su***de bereavement.

The selflessness and kindness behind Audrey’s nomination really moved us, and we felt it was a truly deserving winner ❤️
