Behind the scenes, our new menu prep is well underway, ready for tomorrow’s launch! 👩‍🍳🍽️ We can’t wait for you all to see what we’ve been working on!

It was also lovely having Rebecca back with us for a Keep in Touch day 🥰 She’ll be joining us for more days over the coming months before her return in December. We’ve missed her!

And finally, a very special Happy 6th Birthday to our little Violet!🎂🎈We hope you have the most magical day!

The man behind our exciting new chapter… our very own Joint General Manager, Ashley! 👨‍🍳

We’re thrilled to announce that Ashley will be stepping out of management and into the kitchen as our new Head Chef.

Ashley brings with him bags of experience, having started his culinary career over 18 years ago. Classically trained at one of the country’s leading cookery colleges, he continued to develop and expand his knowledge throughout his career before moving into hospitality management.

But his passion for the kitchen has always remained.

Now, he’s ready to get back behind the pass and bring that experience, creativity and passion to the plate.

👀 His new menu is currently under development and will be launching very soon…

We can’t wait to share what he’s been working on.
