Hi all, hope all is well, new menu went great yesterday, took a few pointers,tips from customers, so we'll tweak it a bit, vegan and vegetarians fear not there will always be something for you, there are a few on the menu but we will extend it.
Also had a few concerned customers, in regards to the meat we will be using, religious or not, basically asking halal meat or not, so for those that dont know I'm a Sikh and we don't eat halal meat, so hope that helps

Just a reminder to all customers and friends, there will be no food service on our final day, Sunday 19th April. However, we will be open for drinks from 1.00 pm until 9.00 pm should you wish to pop in and say farewell.

To our customers who we do not have the chance to catch up with in person, thankyou so much for your support during our time here at The Live. We are truly grateful.

EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT

Following recent viewings, our beautiful pub may have found its next Guardian. Very early days and nothing set in stone yet, but if all goes ahead this could mean our last day of trading would be as soon as 20th April 🙈🙈🙈🙈

We are open as usual tonight. Last night's snow is thawing well, but there is still plenty still on the ground. If you are visiting, please exercise extreme care both on the lane and in the car park and keep car park entrances clear to avert any dramas. With temperatures set to plunge, even thawed areas are likely to become slippery, so please take care.
