What a night Sunday was!!

A huge thank you to everyone who helped with the Hog Roast, the Open Mic, the raffle, organising the golf and joined us for a wonderful night, we really appreciate you all🥰

Best of all, we raised a whopping £1,425.45 for the Air Ambulance 🚁

Also a huge congratulations to John who won the golf for the second year in a row! ⛳️

Will anyone be able to beat him next year?!

Sunday is drawing near so here’s a little more information!

The deadline for golf entry is Friday 22nd so get your names and entry fee to the pub to be in for a chance of being known as The C***s Champ for a year!

Please bring plenty of cash for the ‘White Elephant’ raffle, the Hog Roast and donations for the Air Ambulance in memory of our beautiful mum ❤️🚁

For the golfers 🏌️⛳️
- Meet at the pub for tea, coffee and sausage and bacon baps from 10:15am.
- Bring along your handicap so the comp can be made as fair as possible.
- It will be a 2 Club (and a putter) Championship so pick your bats wisely!
- Closest to the pin which is an extra £10 cash to enter on the day.

For the Open Mic and Hog Roast 🎤🐽
- All welcome for a fun and lively night of singing and dancing.
- Bring your best singing voice and your liveliest dancing shoes!
- Feel free to bring your own instruments to play us a tune (although I’m not so sure we could accommodate the likes of an organ!!)
- The Hog Roast and Raffle will be cash only.

Just a little heads-up, lovely people 🍻
We’ll be taking the day off this Bank Holiday Monday (4th May), so the pub will be closed on Monday and Tuesday as usual but we’ll see you all over the next few days to pour your favourites in this beautiful sunshine 🥂☀️

Just to let you all know, the opening hours for the pub will stay the same as before; from 5pm - 11pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and from 12pm - 11pm Saturday and Sunday.

Please note that we will be closed this bank holiday Monday 6th April.

Well, what can we say? Our first night was a huge success, thank you so much to everyone who turned up for us and in honour of our amazing mum. We know she was watching over us all in her favourite village pub and enjoying the electric atmosphere!
