Hi everyone 👋

Just a quick reminder that we're now closed until **Wednesday 12th August** to give our hardworking staff some well-deserved time off.

We've also got a couple of great events coming up that we're really looking forward to!

🏉 **Saturday 22nd August** – We're proud to be sponsoring and hosting a pre-season friendly between **Orkney Rugby Club** and **North O' the Galt Warriors**. We hope to see plenty of support for what promises to be a fantastic afternoon of rugby.

🥃 **September** – We're delighted to welcome **Jimmy Leask** from **Scapa Distillery** back to The Belsair for another fun and informative **Whisky Tasting Evening**. More details, including the date and how to book, will be announced soon.

We are open today from 4pm Chippy is on 4.30pm until 7.30pm eat in or takeaway.

We are then taking a break. We will be closed from Thursday 6th until Tuesday 11th

Opening again on Wednesday 12th at 4pm

To help us provide the best possible service and keep waiting times to a minimum, we'll be offering a reduced menu throughout the weekend. 👇

We would also really appreciate pre-orders wherever possible. Especially on Saturday. 😊

A couple of things:

Friday we are doing takeaways only no tables available. Pre booking is preferred ESPECIALLY if you are catching a boat back to Kirkwall.

🍻 The bar will close at 8pm🍻

Saturday: Saturday is bookings ONLY even if you book a table with us you need to tell us your order. We will not be accepting any orders after 4.30pm on Saturday. 😊
We will be serving a reduced Chippy menu which will be posted later on this week.

Sunday: Sunday Banquet will be served 3pm until 6pm booking is advised although we welcome walkins. 😊

Friday: Open from 1pm Lunch menu served 1pm until 3.30pm last orders for lunch 3pm

Chippy menu available 4.30pm until 7.30pm

Saturday: Open from 4pm Chippy menu 4.30pm until 7.30pm. As with every other Saturday it is bookings ONLY please make sure you have booked ypur table or takeaway slot by 4.30pm

Sunday: We are hosting a private booking on Sunday there will be no food available.
The bar will open to everyone from 5pm and we will be showing the World Cup Final

Monday: We will be open from 5pm
Look out for our BBQ menu which i will post later this weekend.

We have Chicken Katsu Curry on this Friday and Saturday and fresh in from Pierowall Fish & JACKS Chippy we have Haddock, Plaice, Lemon Sole and Monkfish🐟🐟

On in the bar we have not 1, not 2 but 3 Orkney Beers from Swannay Brewery
On draught we have our usual Scapa Special & Orkney Tartan and this weekend we have Orkney Session on the hand pull. 🍻🍻
