Two new ales joined our pumps over the weekend! 🍻

We’ve got Sandbox Pale Ale (3.7%) from Fell Brewery, a local independent brewery here in Cumbria, alongside Flarch Maker (4.8%) from SWIG Brewery in West Cumbria.

A huge congratulations to this wonderful family and of course to little Navy, who has completed all 214 Wainwrights at just 3 years old! ⛰️

What an incredible achievement at such a young age! We had the pleasure of welcoming Navy and his family to The Wainwright and it was lovely to meet them all and hear about their adventures.

Such a brilliant achievement for the whole family and one they’ll be able to look back on for years to come. A massive well done from all of us at The Wainwright! ❤️

And another new ale on the bar and this one’s very fitting for the season! 🍂🍺

We’ve got Autumn Red Ale from Lakes & Dales Brewery, a 4.1% red ale brewed just down the road in Tebay, Westmorland. Always good to have local ales on the pumps, especially one brewed so close to home.

Come and give it a try next time you’re in The Wainwright! 🍻

Another new ale has landed 🍺

We’ve got Jennings Green Hop, a 4.4% Hoppy Golden Ale, now on the bar. Independently brewed in the Lake District, this one’s a limited seasonal edition, so it won’t be around forever!

If you’re a fan of trying something different from our real ale selection, come and give this one a go. 🍻

Making the most of the last little bits of sunshine in Keswick ☀️🍺

A pint on the bench, a bit of sun still hanging around and nowhere else you need to be for a while.

We know autumn’s well and truly on its way, so we’ll take these days whenever we can get them.

Something a little special has landed at The Wainwright 🍺

Cumbrian RIPA, a 6% Red IPA from Jennings x Crooked River Brewing Co and we’ve got only ONE cask.

You’ll only find this b**r on keg elsewhere, making this one-off cask pretty special. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. We’ve been looking forward to getting this one on… come and try it while you can. 👀🍻

Fresh on the bar today 🍺

We’ve got TEAL Hazy SIPA from Bowness Bay Brewing Company pouring at The Wainwright. At 4.4%, it’s fresh, juicy and hazy which is exactly as it says on the badge.

Another Lake District brew joining the line-up. Come and give this one a try while it’s on. 👌🏼

The Golden Flarch, brewed right here in West Cumbria and coming in at 4.3%. Another local ale joining our line-up, and definitely one to try next time you’re at the bar. 👀
