Harriet has been part of the team for 4 years, always serving with a smile and making our guests day!

Her favourite cocktail is our Bijou Wine spritz with Absolut raspberry, lemon & soda - crisp & refreshing 🍷 🍋 and her favourite dish is our king prawn, crab & chorizo pappardelle with scallops 🦐 🍝
