We’ve planned ahead so you can make sure you don’t miss out on anything at Ramble for the rest of the year.

Bookings are open online so you can plan your autumn/winter calendar.

• We have 10 roasts left until the end of the year, so book in to get your roast fix

• 5-7 Nov: Pasta Club

• 25 & 26 Nov: Burger nights

• 5 Dec: 12 Wines of Christmas Tasting

• 9 Dec: Wines of the Year Dinner

• 20 Dec: Final Sunday Roast

• 22-24 Dec: Tacos

• 27-29 Dec: French Bistro

• 31 Dec: NYE Vietnamese Feast

And now, the end is near…

We have some big news. Ramble will be closing at the end of this year, with one final celebration on New Year’s Eve.

After three wonderful years, we feel it’s the right time focus on winemaking, both here in the UK and in South Africa.

We are enormously grateful to everyone who has joined us along the way. We have loved sharing our favourite wines and food with you, helping you celebrate special occasions, and getting to know so many of you.

For anyone who has been meaning to visit Ramble, now is the time. For our regulars, we look forward to seeing plenty more of you over the coming months.

The countdown has already begun:

Just 16 Sunday roasts remain…

There will also be pasta club, burger nights, evenings of small plates, 12 wines of Christmas, our New Year’s Eve send-off, and plenty more before we close.

And this will not be goodbye forever. We plan to return with supper clubs and pop-ups in late summer/early autumn next year, once we are back from South Africa.

For now, we hope you will come and help us make the final few months at Ramble something special.

August dates for your diaries 🗓️

We’ve got a new small plates menu launching this Friday, 31 July and two special events!

Pasta Club returns for 6, 7 and 8 August. Italian-inspired starters, mains and desserts alongside a selection of wines from some of our favourite producers from the boot-shaped country!

Burger Nights on the 21st and 22nd. The usual homemade milk buns, double smash patty, burger sauce, all the toppings and fries 🍔 🍟

Fresh flavours, summer produce, with a bit of delicious decadence thrown in. Come try our current sharing plates menu before we change it up for August.

We’re heading to Europe for a mini wine roadtrip for the last weekend in July so heads-up that we’ll be closed. It’s hard work finding you delicious wines but somebody has to do it 🍷

Get your roast fix this Sunday…

We have a few spaces left for roast this Sunday so grab your spot.

If you’ve not had one of our roasts before you can choose from:

•Topside of Beef
•Pork Belly
•Nut Roast

We give every element of the roast loads of love including 15-hour potato pavé, parsnip croquettes, 3-hour carrot and 5-cheese cauliflower. There’s more but we hope your mouths are watering enough already.

All the meat comes from so you know it’s the best stuff and our Nut Roast is made in house and is loved by veggies and meat-eaters alike.

We’ve got some brand new northern wine cuvées on by the glass this week:

- Don’t look Bacchus in Anger 2023
- We Ride at Dawn 2024
- Ye**ty Boy 2023

We’re also pouring delicious wines from some of our favourite producers.

Spotlight on SLOBODNE - Eggstasy is their skin contact Riesling which spends 14 days on the skins and 2 years in barrel before bottling. A textured, vivid orange wine which is great with food! Come grab a glass from 5pm tomorrow.
