Time flies when you’re pouring wine…

Proof the elusive ‘22 Pinot Noir exists…

We’ve been patiently waiting for the red to evolve and we’re really happy with where it is now. We’re looking to bottle it along with a few other 2022 reserve wines in the next few weeks. We’ll take you along for the ride as we bottle and announce pre-release dates soon!

Meanwhile we have the 2023 wines in the cellar ticking away. We’re really excited about these wines! You can look forward to something fizzy, something pink and something a little bit different along with V2.0 of all of your favourites too! We’ve also bumped up volumes so you don’t miss out 🍷

We’re so excited to have been nominated for New Business of the Year by

2023 really was an epic year for us, not sure we’ve had time to fully reflect yet! We’re really grateful to everyone who supported us by buying our wines, attending our pop-ups and helping us with harvest!

Here’s to 2024 and sharing our ‘23 vintage wines with you and finally releasing the ever elusive ‘22 Pinot Noir (eventually) 😉🍷

We owe you a lot of harvest posts…

Promise the reason we’ve been MIA is a good one! We have been quietly getting a space ready to open as our restaurant.

It’ll be a dedicated space to share our wines and food alongside our favourite wines from around the world.

There’s still lots to do but we’ll be opening up for a soft launch this weekend to give you a little sneak peak.

Come down for some wine, snacks and a limited food menu Friday - Sunday. We’ll move the pots of paint before you get here 😉

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

Harvest 2023 is a go!

We’ve got lots of grapes and need your help!

Thanks to our epic volunteers we managed to destem 1 tonne of Bacchus by hand last night over a couple of hours.

We’ve got some more fruit at the winery from that we need to process today. Come down any time for some beers, snacks & tunes and get stuck in!

Come for as long or as little as you can 🙌

Away from tacos we’ve been busy getting our new winery space ready for harvest 2023.

Harry recently made an epic road trip to Germany to get a new grape press. A modern piece of equipment from 1985…

Looking forward to getting some grapes in this beast very soon!

We don’t like to put labels on things but it’s a legal requirement…

Our focus on quality (and making extra work for ourselves) extends to the outside of the bottle too.

We use two types of paper for our labels. One is made from h**p grown in Yorkshire. The other from cotton fibres. It’s all crafted 1 mile away from our winery by .foundation

We’ve shown you how we create the labels. Once they’re ready, we stick them on the bottle with good old Mod Podge. Then finish them off with wax and our stamp on each one.

The process takes a young minute but we think it’s worth it.
