After ten wonderful years at The Old Crown Inn, the time has come to pass on the custodianship of the pub for a fresh approach. The reasons for this change are personal, we want to thank everyone that has supported us and we wish everyone connected with the pub all the very best for the future.

Fieldfayre – Halloween Edition | 31 October – 2 November at The Old Crown Inn, Kelston!

Join us for a three-day autumn celebration in the Kelston countryside, packed with good food, live music, family fun and seasonal feasting.

Friday 31 October:
Pumpkin Carving (3–8pm) – creative fun for all ages, with prizes for the best designs.
Al fresco Movie Night (7:30pm) – Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween under the stars, with snacks included in your ticket.
Fancy dress & trick or treating encouraged!

Saturday 1 November:
Live Music in the Field from 2pm – free entry. Enjoy (7–9pm) and DJ Anson ! bringing the evening to life.

Sunday 2 November:
Long Table Lunch (2pm) – a relaxed outdoor feast under canvas in the heart of the Kelston countryside. Gather around long tables, soak up the autumn atmosphere and enjoy a delicious fire-cooked meal of local seasonal flavours.
Fireside Storytelling (6–7:30pm) – enchanting tales from storyteller , included with your lunch ticket or available separately.

Tickets are available via https://oldcrownkelston.com/fieldfayre/, except for Saturday’s music which is free fun for all.

We are open today (Monday 27th) until 9pm serving drinks only (kitchen closed). We are also closed this Thursday (30th) for a well deserved staff get together ☺️.

During November we will be closed on Mondays & Tuesdays. When December arrives we will be open on Mondays again ☺️

✨We will also be open & serving food a few Tuesdays during the festive period: 16th, 23rd & 30th December ✨

Join us for next weekend's Fieldfayre!

Friday brings Halloween fun with pumpkin carving from 3-8pm and Goosebumps 2 showing on a big screen under canvas (movie starts at 7pm).

Saturday live music from 2pm! We will have the fantastic joining us from 7-9pm, we will also have DJ joining us!

And last but not least Sunday brings a feast in the shape of a long table lunch! Our menu can be viewed in second pic - stuffed full of seasonal delights! And after lunch stick around for fireside story telling with (included in price of lunch, but also available to book separately) ✨
