This bread has been lovingly created by mother Alexander utilising the yeast produced from the last brew of beer which otherwise would have been discarded. Lucky visitors may be treated to sampling not only great, handcrafted beer from grain to glass but also wholesome handcrafted bread. That's if we don't eat it all first of course!
