The Turkey Out in South Africa is officially open!

Last year a group of regulars from The Turkey Inn went to South Africa with , a safari company operated by The Turkey Inn's owner Steve Mortimer.

Specialising in private, small group safaris The Turkey Inn group enjoyed time at Steve's , a beautiful bush camp in the Greater Kruger National Park.

Accessed by a stunning drive through the bush, complete with an outside bar, "beer garden" and open fire, the group declared it 'The Turkey Out'

So hands up, who's going to venture to The Turkey Out one day?

Moo Moo - a blend of Chocolate and Dark Crystal malts gives this Porter from Bingley Brewery a superb taste and a silky, dark appearance

Selby in Spring - a light and refreshing pale ale from Jolly Sailor Brewery with earthy and floral flavours - a smooth hoppy taste

Icarus Falls - a red IPA with lots of tropical and stone fruit aromas and flavours also from Bingley Brewery

All these ales and our house cask ales are £3.50 a pint all day today (Thursday!)

Spring Beer & Cider Festival ✅

Pub quiz is back tonight, kick off at 8.30 pm, and it's charity week, which means we match the winnings and donate to a local cause, this month it's The Mary Clavert Project CIC

The Mary Calvert Project is dedicated to providing essential mental health support for adults who cannot afford private counselling and other wellbeing services. Their mission is to ensure that everyone has access to quality mental health care when they need it most.

Hope to see you all at some point today and to raise lots of money for this wonderful local cause🦃

PS it's also Burger Night, from 5.30 pm enjoy a Burger + Fries + Drink = £19.95 (normal menu also available)

PSS our Wednesday networking sessions are taking a break for the summer - resuming later in the year!

And we've got a great trio on the pumps today:

A Blonde and an IPA from Jolly Tractor - which is part of the Bosuns Brewery family. These ales help raise money to help prevent young su***de. We are proud to be supporting this initiative 💛🧡💜

And from Bingley Brewery we've got Moo Moo, a great velvety porter made with chocolate and dark crystal malts🍻
