Liam joined us in February and is usually found looking after our guests in the restaurant. With his friendly approach and passion for great service, he helps ensure every dining experience is one to remember.

One of Liam’s specialties is wine. Having come to us already wine trained, he’s always happy to recommend the perfect wine pairing to complement your meal and enhance your dining experience.

His knowledge, enthusiasm, and attention to detail make him a valued member of the team, and we’re delighted to have him with us.

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on Flo, our fantastic Assistant Manager!

Flo has been a valued member of the team for the past 3 years, bringing dedication, leadership, and a positive attitude to everything she does. As Assistant Manager, she’s always on hand to support both our team and customers, helping to keep everything running smoothly day in and day out.

Her hard work, experience, and willingness to go the extra mile make her an important part of the team, and we’re lucky to have her with us.
