🍳 COOK WANTED 🍳

We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Part Time Cook to join our busy café bar in the heart of Ironbridge.

The role includes:
✔️ Preparing and cooking brunch dishes
✔️ Creating and cooking daily specials
✔️ At least 1 weekend off per month and either Saturday or Sunday of bi-weekly
✔️ Some evening work for private functions and events when required

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has cooking experience in a busy kitchen
• Works well under pressure
• Is organised, clean and passionate about good food
• Can work independently and as part of a team

🥁 🥁 This week’s winner of our dog competition is… actually not a dog at all! 😹

A big congratulations to 3-year-old Winnie, who came to visit us on Sunday and completely stole everyone’s hearts 💕 your owner is welcome to come and collect their prize of coffee and cake ☕️ 🍰

Thank you to everyone who has joined in with our weekly competition and shared your lovely pets with us.

We’ll be taking a little break from the competition over the school holidays, as we’ll be welcoming lots of extra visitors and unfortunately won’t have the time to take as many photos.

We can’t wait to bring it back again soon! 🐶🐱

🚴‍♂️ This Sunday we’re proud to be supporting the Compton Hospice Charity Cycle Challenge! 💛

Over 300 cyclists will be passing right by our front door in support of an amazing cause. Come down to cheer them on, soak up the atmosphere, and show your support , you may even spot a loved one taking part! 👏

Whether you’re supporting the riders or just enjoying a day out in Ironbridge, we’d love to see you at The Kitchen.
