A lovely day in our local today - welcoming for the 10th year running these lovely guys on their Remembrance Day Pilgrimage to the top of Binsey Fell.

What better on a misserable wet day than a roaring fire, roast beef, homemade giant Yorkshires and homemade apple and berry crumble (with custard).

Sorry to those that we had to turn away - but hopefully that lovely little tea rooms up the road in Uldale looked after you.
