The residents of the Winerack and Quayside need help - and I am relying on the good people on this FB page to help.
There are two applications before Ipswich Borough Council licensing at the moment - to turn the former Anytime Fitness into a drinking establishment - The Oasis Lounge. If this is allowed it will cause horrendous problems for the residents - noise, litter (rubbish, broken bottles, vomit, urine etc) in and around the Waterfront. I attach herewith the applications and websites, and would ask please that you object to the siting of both the Oasis Lounge, and Brewdog (who want to occupy the old Le Tour Cafe). Both will have the same problems, and will not enhance the Waterfront at all, but have a detrimental effect on this special part of Ipswich.
If anyone wants further info - please just let me know.
